Synopsis

Are children better cared for, better raised, than in the old days?
Has nursery nursing progressed over the last century? This film looks at pediatric care over one hundred years and compares yesterday’s and today’s mothers. It underlines the changes in the way doctors, politicians, demographers and advertisers look at babies. Babies are witnesses of their time.
