His life is already a whole novel full of scandals and angers : father unknow, abandonned by his mother when he was 7 months old, Jean Genet knows very early the life in prison. From there he begins to write his first poems. Multiple writer, writing novels, poesies and for the theater, he is also a revolted man who took position against the Vietnam War, for Black Panthers and Palestinians.
