Synopsis

Serpil, Serap and Gülümser are three young women from the second generation of the Turkish immigration in Austria. In their community, “arranged marriage” is still a vivid cultural tradition, for some of them, a parents’ law established as a principe you can not free from. Being confronted with a double injuction, torn up between traditional fidelity and occidental emancipation, those young women try to work out with their destiny.
