Synopsis
This 11th number notably treats of the law of 1972, called Pleven law, that makes of incitement to racial hatred a tort. On the one hand, racism is a completely antinomic position with a very foundation of Republic. On the other hand, Republic requires freedom of opinion and expression . Racism is it an opinion? Faced to this questioning we can see that legislator hasn’t worked in preparation for forbid critics, nor for defend power, or one of those permanents, but for protect human dignity of ordinary people, of whichwe contest the quality to be like the others.
